Do you allow dogs?

Yes, we allow well-behaved dogs at £5 per night per dog. However they must be kept on a lead around the cottages and farmbuildings. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dinning room.

Do you have linen available?

Yes, we supply all linen and towels

Do I need to bring anything for cooking and eating?

Garden Cottage is  well equiped for catering for yourselves.

Do you have high chairs and cots available?

Travel Cots and high chairs and stair gates are available free of charge please request on booking.

Please bring your own bedding for the cot.

Fuel and Power - are they included in the holiday price?

The cost of your cottage includes all heat and light.

Arrival and Departure - what time can we arrive and when do we have to leave?

Arrival time is 4pm Departure is 10 a.m. 

 Earlier arrival times and later departure times are by arrangement only

Cancellation - what happens if we need to cancel our holiday?

We recommend all our guest to take out their own travel insurance. Please see our Terms & Conditions before booking.

What do we do if we have problems during our stay?

The owner / manager lives on site so most minor problems can be resolved quickly. 

Will the Garden Cottage be cleaned during our stay?

The self catering cottage is not cleaned during your stay however an extra clean can be requested at an extra charge.

Are there any rules regarding celebrations during our stay?

At The Dinney we try to have a relaxed environment however it is very important that any celebrations do not disrupt the stay of guests in any of our other cottages.

Please be considerate when playing music and BBQing especially in the summer months when windows are open.

Small fireworks are permitted by arrangement (please remember we have farm animals and many guests bring their dogs on holiday with them)

Do you cater for specific accessibility needs?

Our accommodation is generally very user friendly but if you have specific accessibility need then please give us a call to discuss.

Is there a mobile signal at the property?

The Dinney seems to have a more than adequate mobile phone signal for a rural area.

Can we smoke inside the property?

All the properties are strictly non smoking.

How and when do I pay the balance?

We accept all major credit cards altnernatively BACs , Cash or Chqs are acceptable

Payment is due on departure.

Will I receive any booking confirmation/directions to the property?

You will receive a welcome pack with comprehensive information by email
